3. WhatsApp Messaging
Our platform integrates with the WhatsApp Business API (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to send and receive messages on your behalf. By using this service:
- Messages sent through your dedicated WhatsApp business number are processed by our servers and Meta's infrastructure.
- Lead conversations are stored securely and accessible only to you through your portal account.
- We use approved WhatsApp message templates for authentication and notifications.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with:
- Meta Platforms: For WhatsApp message delivery via the WhatsApp Business API.
- Anthropic / Claude AI: For AI-powered lead conversation processing (messages are processed but not stored by Anthropic).
- Service providers: Email delivery and cloud infrastructure providers under strict confidentiality agreements.
5. Data Retention
We retain your business data and lead conversation history for the duration of your active subscription. Upon account termination, data is deleted within 30 days unless required by law.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, JWT-based authentication, and access controls. No system is 100% secure — please use strong passwords and keep your credentials private.
